    Katharyn is an Earth-Systems scientist who focuses on the temperature response of the terrestrial biosphere. Her research integrates point-based measurements of phenology and land-carbon uptake into remotely sensed and globally gridded scales for digestion into Earth-system models. Katharyn is a proponent of open and reproducible data science, a contributor to free-use data archives, and is an architect of open-source data platforms.
